Journeyman Plumber (Full Time)

A R Engh is looking for a Journeyman Plumber to join our growing team. We handle a wide range of residential and commercial plumbing projects across central Minnesota—from troubleshooting to full system installations in new construction and remodels.

This is a hands-on role for someone who shows up ready to do the work, solve customer challenges, and represent our company with professionalism and care.

What You'll Do:

• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues in homes and commercial properties

• Install piping systems, water heaters, fixtures, and other plumbing equipment

• Read and interpret blueprints and plumbing codes for accurate installations

• Work directly with customers, contractors, and team members to complete jobs efficiently

• Keep job sites clean, organized, and compliant with safety and code regulations

What We're Looking For:

• Valid Journeyman Plumbing License (Minnesota)

• Experience in both residential and/or commercial plumbing systems

• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

• Reliable, self-motivated, and committed to doing quality work

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
